When we’re thinking about scaling businesses, it’s not enough to just think about paying our personal bills anymore. We want to think about our long-term growth goals for our COMPANY and pricing our services in a way that ALLOWS that to happen.

That means NOT charging hourly bc there are only so many hours in the day and it takes a lot of unnecessary effort on your end.It’s not just about ‘booking out your services’ anymore.

It’s about setting your company up in a way that allows you to ACTUALLY have a sustainable and scalable business that will continue to grow for years to come. If you want to work with a small number of clients at a time, that’s great!

Or if you want to have a roster of 20+ clients at a time, that’s great too.

YOU get to decide BUT you need to make sure that your business & your pricing structure is set up in a way that ALLOWS that to happen. I would be willing to bet that the vast majority of people who see this don’t have their businesses set up to reach the 6-figure mark in the next year…but that’s ok.

You were never TAUGHT how to do that.You were taught to charge hourly, book out your services and maybe hire a team member or two. You weren’t taught how to create a truly sustainable business that would be around for the next 5+ years.
