Meet our Guest, Jade Smith.
On this episode of the Behind Their Business podcast, the host of the show, Steph Blake, interviews special guest, Jade Smith. Where they dive in on the struggles of balancing their personal and their work dreams while running successful businesses.
Jade Smith is the virtual assistant business owner of Mrs. Smith Assist where she thrives in project management, systems, and marketing support for small business owners. With over 10 years of administrative experience, mainly within the non-profit sector, Jade has become a natural “Strategic Achiever” and innately functions as a long-term partner with her clients right from the start.
To start out our interview, Jade discusses what motivated her to start her own business.
As we all know, this was a very stressful period for her. But, after working at it and building a strong clientele, her business saw exponential growth. Luckily for us, she explained how she grew her business from the ground up and gives us a detailed look at how she is so great at {what appears to be effortless} balancing her personal dreams and work dreams while running her business.
