• Increasing your rates(You can at least double them right now; I’ve had clients that I’ve 5X their rates and they sign clients even EASIER than when their rates were lower)

• Bringing on the RIGHT people to support your business & your clients’ businesses(Who will fill the right ROLE and actually be committed to helping you reach your goals)

As a service provider it may seem impossible to work <20 hours/week, especially when you have client work to do too BUT when you set up your business with long-term growth in mind (not just the next few weeks or months), it happens.
