Why she designed the Book of Bijoux
Krystal designed the Book of Bijoux because she didn’t have a place to keep her necklaces and never wanted them jumbled up. She decided to create rigid pages where she would keep her necklaces in a book.

How she manages to run her business & a full-time job while raising her 2 girls
At [09:10], Krystal shares that to manage her business and a full-time job, she takes her daughters to daycare during the week and also teleworks in her full-time job. Moreover, she looks for ways to work alongside her kids and invites them to help her in what she is doing.
How Krystal managed to overcome mom guilt
When her kids were young, Krystal experienced mom guilt while trying to balance her work life as a mom. Initially, she sacrificed her sleep to be there for her kids; however, she now gives herself grace and takes time away from her kids to focus on being creative and building her business.
